In Melbourne at a Big Magic book signing at the wonderful Eltham Bookshop in walked Toni Jordan whose exquisite Tenderfoot I had been reading on the long train journey. We chatted about greyhounds and racing which are themes in her latest novel. Then she grabbed Big Music and Tenderfoot and asked me to film her. This was the result.

Also on the writing front, I gave a talk at Wynnum Library, Brisbane, who are a class act. Big Music was on display everywhere and there was a stand full of musical novels. The event had been well advertised and most of the audience had read Big Music which made for an informed Q & A session. I had a feeling some of them knew the book more thoroughly than me.
