Opera Queensland’s Festival of Outback Opera

This last outback event was where I met a brilliant entertainer Bradley McCaw who has offered to sing at my Brisbane book launches on the 13 August, Books@Stones and at Riverbend Books on the 1 September

McCaw is Brisbane’s Billy Joel, but he’s also a singer-songwriter who writes some really good original material.

Wynnum Fringe is a terrific event. Worth locking in for next year. Here’s the full review.

The event was well attended by experienced and emerging musicians alike. UQ students sung everywhere, and were a chorus for the main staged event.
