On the 28 October, I attended the Books@Stones launch of a unique and enterprising children's book, Jangar: The Legendary Camel. Jo Skinner, author of A World of Silence and The Truth About my Daughter, was in-conversation with authors Tess Rowley and Tseren Byambasuren. Tseren is currently studying for her PhD at Griffith University on rock art and she's passionate about wanting to celebrate and share Mongolian culture. 

She has collaborated with Tess and produced a bilingual book Jangar: The Legendary Camel. The story is told in Mongolian and English. Tess has authored many award-winning children's books. Books@Stones who are so supportive of indie and local writers hosted the event.
